Welcome to Syndex. By downloading, installing, or using the Syndex mobile application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Syndex, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Syndex is a personal relationship and information management app that helps you organize contacts, voice notes, documents, and personal data using AI-powered features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Upload content that violates others' privacy or rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the app to store sensitive financial or medical information without consent

5. Content & Data

  • You retain ownership of all content you create and upload
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you upload
  • We may remove content that violates these terms

6. AI & Voice Features

  • Voice transcriptions are processed using AI services
  • AI analysis is provided "as is" and may not always be 100% accurate
  • You should verify important information before relying on AI-generated content
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI suggestions

7. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates
  • We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

8. Limitation of Liability

Syndex is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of Syndex after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or in-app message.
